Just upgraded and installation seemed to drag on with 'be patient' messages including 'making a few final tweeks' message. Then on loading desktop within. Minute system reported 'INTERNAL _POWER_ERROR and auto restarted. Same continues to repeat within seconds of desktop screen loading. Have desperately tried to contact Del Support but AuK support page links to email or any other contact simply don't work. Searching on my iPad browser it seems this problem is not uncommon and suggested solutions are to Safe Start and disable a couple of drivers (graphic driver?). I am not a computer whiz kid and am far from confident enough to follow such non official solutions. Anyway disabling the graphics driver will presumably compromise my system's graphics functionality - so not a solution. I am desperate, frustrated and need Dell to provide me with a solution and hand hold me in implementing it if necessary! HELP (please)
