Hi, I have upgraded from Win8.1 to Win10 and it was successful. I had cloned an SSD from the original Dell supplied one and had split out a Data partition from the Sys for personal files etc.
I have found that I now have a disc layout that includes an extra Recovery Partition between the Sys (C) and Data(D) and I used to use Acronis Disk director to adjust the size of the partitions, but now it is an unsupported disc layout (Basic GPT) and I can't change anything. The native windows disk manager does not let me do it either.
The partitions are:
Recovery 750Mb
EFI 500Mb
Sys (C)
Recovery 500Mb
Data (D)
The 500Mb Recovery has only appeared after the upgrade. I did uninstall the Dell Recovery software as I thought this would be W8 and not necessary.
I would like to remove it or at least be able to adjust the sizes.
Thanks,
Richard
