I have a dell laptop. I started upgrading my Windows from 8 to windows 10. However....I was stuck in a black screen area with cursor. I cannot do anything. One more thing...my laptop ran out of battery...when I charged it and opened it again, after the dell logo....it gets me back to the black screen. Help
