I'm running an XPS13 L321X, with Windows 10 as of a week or so ago. It looked like the update had gone fine, but when I first tried listening to audio, I found that the bass channels had more or less disappeared. The mid and treble ranges sound absolutely fine; it's literally as if someone's gone into an equalizer and turned the bass channels down to zero.
I've tried looking for new drivers with Dell System Detect, and it didn't flag anything on audio specifically. (It did say I needed new BIOS, although the file it prompted me to install was actually older than the one I had; I installed it anyway, but no difference.)
I've obviously also gone into Sound settings from Control Panel to check the speaker settings, and it's definitely not a Sound Effects issue from there. I also went into Device Manager and uninstalled the speaker drivers; they're back there again after a restart, but problem still happening too.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
