My 7737 battery is down to 1% with system completely shut down and nothing plugged into USB ports. I am running Win 10 Home final release and all was perfect until I upgraded my BIOS and all drivers to the new Dell July 31 Win 10 releases. I know that the system is totally shut down as no lights or fan noise are seen or heard after shutdown.
In the morning I plug in my power cable and boot the system and the battery indicator shows that the system is charging and only 1% battery power is available. What is causing the power drain? It seems to be related to the new BIOS and drivers as this is all that changed. This makes no sense at all. Anyone else having this problem?
