Windows 10 freeze in sleep mode, Dell Inspiron 3542

Hi,

I recently updated to windows 10 (July 29th)

Usually when i close the lid, or let the laptop for about 20 minutes it's supposed to go to sleep mode.

After the update, my Dell laptop goes to sleep mode as usual but the fan of the computer stays warm and if i put my ear next to it, i can hear the fan somewhat running. When I open the lid or click on the power button NOTHING HAPPENS, the screen stays black, the fan still going, the laptop loosing battery.

To get out of it, I have to hold down the power button each time for a hard reset so it shuts down... What's the point of sleep mode at this stage, I might as well shut down my computer every time i'm not using it.

I ran as admin in cmd powercfg /energy and the report gave me this :

Analysis Results Errors

Platform Power Management Capabilities:PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) Disabled
PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer.

I reinstalled the Bluetooth driver from Dell twice, but it doesn't go away..

And I don't know how to fix the PCI part because i believe it's related to the BIOS. I have version A08 of the BIOS.

My software and all drivers and bios are updated 100% to their latest versions.

Anyone with a solution ?
