Precision M4500, Windows 10, "unknown device" problem

Described here. I have a problem with finishing work on "unknown device". For a moment, after installing from the DELL (www.dell.com/.../advanced) driver "ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver ", file DRVR_WIN_R309372.EXE Device Manager has stopped showing that there is an" unknown device "in the configuration. After updating to "ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver", the Chipset_Driver_RCHTX_WN_2.00.10.34_A11.EXE file, from the same DELL page, again appeared in the configuration unknown device.

I decided to remove the ST Microelectronics Free Fall Sensor Driver from the system via the Control Panel to install only DRVR_WIN_R309372.EXE. Unfortunately, the installation can not be resumed, the message "Found incompatible installation of, Version. Please uninstall it via Control Panel Add / Remove Programs before installing this version of Accelerometer". The problem is that Control Panel no longer shows this application. Suspecting that there were some traces left after the previous installation, I tried to remove them from the File Manager and also edited the registry. In the registry I searched for: "R309372", "RCHTX", "Microelectronics", "AccelerometerP11". I deleted the entries containing the above characters.

I would be grateful for directional guidance on how to proceed further. I am using Windows 10 64 bit Dell Precision M4500.
