Has anyone had issues with Dell transferring an asset?
I requested a change for my M6800 laptop which was purchased by my previous employer in Germany but sold to me when I left the company. It's now been two weeks since I requested a country/owner change and it still shows up as being a German registered asset tag.
Every time I ring up support I am told that anybody knows who this department is and they are not contactable.
Regardless of what country you set in the drop down in the support site, when you get about 2 screens down it reverts to German, changing the language once it has automatically been switched causes a page redirect loop.
Any advice and/or contact details would be gratefully received.
