I recently purchased a DEL XPS13 (9343) laptop with Windows 10 pre-installed. In the same purchase order, I also purchased DBaR Premium for $29.99 among other software. It was to be made available to me via Dell Digital Delivery. The installation never succeeded.
Now it seems that DELL is saying that DBaR will only work on PC's running Windows 10 if they were "upgraded from" Windows 7/8/8.1 etc., not on the PC's that came preinstalled with Windows 10 from DELL.
Here is what they say
"Systems that ship with Windows 10 installed from the factory use the Windows 10 native Backup and Restore. Windows Backup and Restore can be found by Clicking Start, Settings, Update & Security then Backup."

Based on the above, shouldn't DELL refund me the $29.99 that the charged for the premium edition of DBaR?
