Windows 10 upgrade freezes due to O2Micro driver on Latitude 6420 and 6220

Freeze issues on Latitude 6220 & 6420
Clean install of Windows 7 with all patches, followed by Windows 10 Upgrade with all downloads.
Pre-upgrade, only missing drivers were Broadcom USH (security) and Mass Storage Controller (O2Micro). Post upgrade, Unknown Device (Accelerometer P11) also lacked a driver.

Both system work fine until they enter (or return?) from sleep, at which point they lock up completely.
Screen may be on (showing wallpaper or blank) in which case the mouse cursor is visible but frozen. System completely unresponsive except for backlight on keypress, no other lights indicate activity (e.g. disk or WiFI) and keyboard status lights can not be changed (e.g. CapsLock). If left in this state the fan will run as the system gets quite warm.

Some people had issues with the 'O2Micro integrated MMC/SD controller' and Windows 7. This device does not get recognized automatically by WIndows 7 nor has a driver on the Dell website. I'm was running O2Micro ver. 2.2.2.1038 based on other poster recommendations. The older driver below appears to resolve the freeze issue.

Has anyone successfully installed WIndows 10 on the Latitude 6x20 series?
