Windows 10 11082 install freeze

Using Windows 10 Version 10.0.10586 (Fast Ring -  Insider Preview)

I'm trying to install the latest build 11082.

It goes through the motions and then gets stuck in the install screen at 71% total progress and 91% of the drivers.

I've updated the BIOS and installed the drivers on Dells site. When installing, I don't have any peripherals installed. What am I missing? It seems some driver problem.
