when I purchased my XPS 2720 it came with win 8. Later upgraded to win 8.1. With these two operating systems I would access the Diagnostics to check for any problems. When I upgraded to Win 10 this function not longer works. I can access the Dell website but get a 'cannot connect to internet please try again' message. Dell will install SupportAssist. After that nothing happens.
I've checked for SupportAssist on my C drive. It is no longer there. Something happened between win 8.1 and the win 10 install.
What I would like to do is reinstall it but haven't found any information to do so.
Any help?
