I tried to upgrade Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 on an Inspiron 7548 laptop purchased 4 months ago. The install blue-screened with an INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR 2/3 of the way through the upgrade, then a second time when it was attempting to configure the system.
Now when the laptop starts it is stuck in an endless reboot cycle. Windows begins to load and then immediately bombs (i.e. I can't get into the OS to disable any drivers, before anyone suggests it.)
I've attempted to run Windows 10 setup from a USB drive and this endlessly blue-screens with INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. It won't boot into any recovery environment.
In short, I can't get anywhere near the OS to combat this.
Any ideas?
