We've bought many pc's from DELL before and I had few issues. Now this time as warranty ran out on this last buy... this time we had a lemon laptop... they replaced the laptop. Everything was on it that I paid for the original purchase. I had something get on my laptop and we set it back to factory settings. With that all programs did not appear as I booted it back up again. I had no cd's to install Office programs. Nothing. I asked DELL how I could get them back but being out of warranty a short time... they wanted $120.00 some dollars to get it back. I already purchased that with the original pc and they made sure it was on the replacement. WHY wouldn't they allow me to have someway of having it then? Feeling so let down by DELL. Feeling cheated. Did I talk to the wrong person? Buying and paying for Office a second time is not right. Hoping someone can help me get this solved. I can't read saved files. HELP, Thank You
