Hi all. Me & my mum both have the Dell Inspiron 15R in which I purchased last year in July 2014. Both had Windows 8.1 and recently we both upgraded to Windows 10. On my laptop Windows 10 has gone well so far but, sometimes it is a bit slow. However for my mum she has had a few problems on & off with her laptop. What has been happening everytime there's an automated update it freezes her screen & stays frozen for a long time & you have to switch it off from the power button. She had similar problems when she was on Windows 8.1. Not too sure why this has been happening. Can anyone help please....and is there a chance that it may need to be rebooted & if so can we do this on our own or do we need an expert? Because the guarantee has run out. Thank you.
