Hi,
I have a Latitude E6540 and upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. I then installed the Windows 10 upgrade of Dell Backup & Recovery (version 1.9.0.22) and left the previously selected options unchanged. Unfortunately, CDP does not work anymore. I do get the indexing done message and I do see the CDP icon overlays but when I right-click on a file and choose the "Restore from Dell Backup& Recovery" option, it will take me to the DBR screen with the only option to restore all data and not the specific file I want to restore nor any previous versions thereof.
Is this a known bug? I thought DBR version 1.9.0.22 was supposed to work correctly with Windows 10? I really like CDP which worked great under Windows 7 but I'm hesitant at this point to do a rollback to Windows 7 because I fear that this may cause more problems than it will solve.
Any advise is appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
