I have an XPS 15 9530 and I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 10 to get a feel on how it will work in our environment. I downloaded the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and it ran through with no issues. It restarted my computer and I got the Windows 10 splash screen and then it asked for my keyboard layout. After clicking on US, it rebooted again and then came up to Windows 7. After logging in, I received the attached error. I tried it twice and got the same thing. I'm going from Windows 7 Pro and am unsure of what the issue is. Thanks!
