Latitude E5530 Non-vpro fingerprint reader issues on Win 10 PRO 64-Bit

So, I upgraded to Windows 10 PRO 64 bit, and the fingerprint reader no longer is detected at start up, i've tried disabling the driver and turning off password for log in and it still tries to detect the fingerprint reader. It's quite annoying and there doesn't seem to be an updated driver for it and the dell fingerprint reader set up software is not compatible on Windows 10 from what I can see. It sometimes results in a log in credentials not met message when trying to log in upon boot up/into windows. 

Any help or ideas?
