Every time the same driver is shown as an Update under the Dell drivers Update online

I check for updates on the Dell drivers and it shows an update through the Dell Detect.The driver update is Chipset_Driver_K5DJD_WN32_11.0.0.1153_A00.EXE

it's a 153MB size update and every time I check for update this is always shown as an Update available.

I download this once later again when I refresh the page and click on detect it again shows so I download it thinking as a different version.I check 2nd time and again this same update pop's up.

What is this driver and why is this update shown every time.What's wrong with the Dell driver update?

Could you please rectify this issue as soon as possible
