"Secure Boot" is stopping Win 10 install

When installing the Win 10 upgrade on my Dell 7737 notebook all was fine until the system rebooted to start the second phase of the install.  The computer froze on reboot at the Dell logo and would go no further.  Subsequent restarts had the same result.  I went into the BIOS and set "Secure Boot" to disabled, saved the settings, rebooted and the install completed without a hitch.

I don't know if others  have had this issue, but thought posting this may help someone else with the same problem.

After the install I went into the BIOS again to reset the "Secure Boot" to enabled, rebooted and had the same no boot condition so I had to go back in and change it to disabled again.  This is NOT right!

I believe the problem is that their has been a new UEFI specification released and that Dell has not upgraded the BIOS software to take this into account.

What do you think?  Anyone know if this is the problem?

Thanks,

Tom
