I just received an Inspiron 17-5758 that had Windows 8.1 installed. I upgrade to Windows 10 via Windows update. Dell Backup and Recovery notified me that there was an upgrage of the application to make compatible with Windows 10. The upgrade will not complete. I am receiving "failed to patch" errors. I'd appreciate any help or advice in resolving this issue.
