I have attempted the windows 10 upgrade 3 times and it seems to fail at the almost done screen. Once I could boot into safe mode but I don't think the upgrade was entirely complete. This last time I walked away from the blinking screen for 3 hours and when I came back the upgrade was complete. I started upgrading drivers to Win 10 via dell command upgrade and when I went to restart I had the same login issue. It takes a long time for the login box to appear and I usually cannot get logged in before it goes to the please wait blinking blue screen.
It appears to be an issue with the pbadrvdll.dll. If I move the file the login screen will come up and stay but I can no longer find a login that works. I can always boot into safe mode and login though.
Lots of these in the application event logs

The system attempts to initialize the fingerprint sensor although I have uninstalled the device and windows made me uninstall the software before the upgrade.
I do see Dell Protection installed but I cannot not uninstall it because Windows says it cannot run on this version of Windows.
Is there a way to remove the software associated with the fingerprint sensor?
Thanks
