Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron One 2205 that had Windows 7 (SP1) installed.
I downloaded the Windows 10 Media Creation tool, and upgraded to Windows 10 (64 bit).
However, when the Welcome back screen appears my USB mouse, USB wifi-keyboard are not recognised, so I am unable to get past this screen with either device.
The cursor on the screen flashes, but my screen does not response to touch, and I have tried to unplug and plug the mouse/ keyboard in an attempt to make Windows detect these devices. Unfortunately, I do not have a PS2 port on my motherboard. I have tried powering off / on my PC to no avail.
Would I be right in saying that the only real option that I have now would be to use a bootable USB drive to roll-back the OS to Windows 7 again?
I don't know if the BIOS version that I have would affect anything.
Apologies if this issue has already been previously raised, but any suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks
