Since upgrading to Windows 10, USB and card reader are no longer hot swappable plug and play. If I plug in a USB device the laptop must be restarted to detect the device again, same with the memory card reader. If I restart with the card in it will be detected and run but if I pull the card out and put it back in it is no longer working and won't work until I restart with it in. Same issue with mouse, USB external hard drives etc... it is like there is no longer any hot swap in Windows 10 as there was in 8.1.
I've updated all the drivers according to Dell.
Thoughts? I'm an advanced user and have already troubleshot the issue for hours.
