Found this in desktops - same for me except I've upgraded from Windows 8.1 numerous times from factory restores:
have a Dell XPS 8700 and recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using the free upgrade option. Everything was running OK initially and then I began getting a BSOD after doing some Dell and driver updates. Thus far, the BSOD has only occurred after the computer has been sitting idle for 1-2 hours. I tried to do some troubleshoot and got the following message via Dell's Blue Screen Troubleshooter:
My Video card is an AMD Radeon (TM) R9 200 series.
My video driver version is 15.200.1062.1003 which I understand is the latest version of this particular driver.
I am using AMD's Catalyst Version 15.7.1
I'm happy to provide any additional information that would be helpful for someone to diagnose my problem and suggest a fix.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
