Windows 10 Drivers for Optiplex 9010

I am currently running windows 7 Pro on an OPtiplex 9010.

I would like to upgrade to windows 10 with a clean Windows 10 install.

After I go through the upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and become registered with the Microsoft Product Activation Server, how do I proceed to get a clean install?

I found the following instructions:

Once you are upgraded to Win10, hit [WindowsKey]+I
    Click on "Update & Security"
    Click "Recovery"
Click "Get started" under the "Reset this PC" section
    Choose "Remove everything"
Choose "Remove files and clean the drive" (this does take a while)
You system will come up with the prompting for Language, keyboard, time zone, etc.

will this mess up my Dell Windows 10 drivers?  i.e. do I need to download any dell specific drivers or will the Microsoft drivers installed with windows 10 followed by going to the dell site for updates install the correct drivers?

I would appreciate any advice on the best way to upgrade and then take the correct steps to end up with a clean Windows 10 installation.
