Although the overall Win 10 upgrade went well on my XPS 7100 box, whenever I try to open or run the Dell Support Assist utility, I get the "new and improved" BSOD with a BAD_POOL_HEADER notice. The PC reboots automatically. Does anyone else have this issue?
Is this Dell branded application compatible with Win 10? Is there an update for the Dell Support Assist app? I have tried to access the app to turn off the scheduled updates, but it still causes the PC to crash. Any suggestions? I am ready to do an Uninstall on this utility, but I hesitate because it has been useful in past.
