Windows 10 Virtualization

I have Win 8.1 x64 now and  I experience a following problem:

I installed SAS University Edition.   It is a free version for learners.  SAS developed this version not as a software to be installed in Windows as it was done for business/enterprise users but as a virtual guest application to be run on Red Hut Linux x64.  Therefore it works on VMWare Player or Oracle Virtual Box.  They post downloadable image to be run in this virtual environment.

Problem is that VMWare Player/Oracle Virtual Box do not run because Microsoft run Hyper-V from start-up.  Only way to run SAS University Edition in VMWare Player/Oracle Virtual Box is to disable/uninstall Hyper-V.  Moreover if you run Intel Processor Identification Utility you could see that Intel Virtualization Technology is not supported (if you check BIOS you could see that virtualization enabled).  As soon as you disable/uninstall Hyper-V Intel Processor Identification Utility show you that Intel Virtualization Technology is supported and no more conflicts with VMWare Player/Oracle Virtual Box.

The problem is that from time time I have to run simulation of smartphone browsers to be supported Hyper-V (built-in MS Visual Studio).  My question is what could I expect from Windows 10???  I heard that Microsoft built-in their own virtualization schema from start-up.  Is that means that third party virtualization tools will not run in Windows 10 anymore???
