Since December 30, 2017, both my wireless connection and audio no longer work. The router and modem are fine, other computers connect normally. I have tried several things as shown in this topic I started at the Microsoft Community including uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but still have the same problems. Screenshots of things I have done are at the Microsoft Community link. This is going on almost a week of these issues persisting. Thanks for anything you have to offer.
