Help! I updated to windows 10 and my Vostro isn't compatible and now the desktop flashes like a strobe light and the only thing I can access is the task manager,and even then the flashing makes it hard to enter a file or program. I just want to restore it to windows 7 the OS that was previously on it. I was on the phone all day with microsoft and they remotely accessed it but I lost the phone connection and didn't have all night to sit on the phone again. They used task manager and I don't know whatwhat file/code to enter to get to the microsoft website to install it.I tried to restore from last point but it only goes back to the day of the windows 10 update. Please help!
