Dell Bios update causes bluescreen

After updating Bios to A25, restart caused bluescreen with "inaccessible boot device" error. Tried to get into safe mode from advanced options of startup settings, but it did not work. I tried it several times and it would just restart without safe mode and always get me back to the bluescreen. After many frustrating tries, I just selected "turn off pc" under advanced options, waited a couple of minutes and turned the computer back on. Much to my surprise, it booted normally and everything seemed fine. Just to make sure everything was okay, I tried "restart" again - and again it went to bluescreen. Here's where it stands - if I turn off the computer and "start" again, it works fine but if I "restart", it goes to bluescreen. Any advice would be appreciated.
