I 'm having a lot of issue with my XPS 13 9343 and decided to give a fresh start but when I tried to reset the pc it tells me that recovery envoirement cannot be found. When I try to create recovery drive and now it says "We cannot create a recovery drive on this PC" :( Any ideas on how to reset the computer?
