Can't Run Quickset: doesn't work on Inspiron 7567

Hi, I new to Dell products. I bought Inspiron 7567 laptop with Windows 10 x64, and I found Quickset icon in my tray.

I try to use it and I can't. Double-click does nothing, and when I tried to open C:\Program Files\Dell\QuickSet.exe (as simple user and as administrator too) nothing opened too.

Can anybody help me, please?
