I keep launching the digital delivery program, and it's insisting that I don't have any programs missing. But I know for a fact that I do; I'm missing the program that controls the lights on my keyboard, as well as some custom power options, etc. etc. I can't remember the name of the program, but I know it's missing.
My laptop in an Alienware 17 R2 and originally was installed with Windows 8.1, but I upgraded it to Windows 10. After having to reinstall the OS, I lost all my programs- including the aforementioned.
I can't find it. There's no software downloads attached to my account, there's nothing showing up in digital delivery. And I don't have a warranty or protection plan on my laptop currently, which means calling support is a very bad idea.
((I got charged an arm and a leg for support wrongfully insisting that my motherboard was about to kick the bucket and that I needed to purchase a new laptop, when it turned out that one of my hard drives was going and nothing else was wrong with it. Needless to say, I have a huge grudge against over-the-phone Dell support.))
I tried looking around other sites too for the program I need, but since I don't even remember the name of the program, I'm utterly lost.
