I bought a new Dell laptop with Win 10 home edition. I'm suing 3 screens. I'm frustrating with the pilot window every time I try to move an active window. The Win 10 Pro version I have on another laptop doesn't have that. It's useless. How can I turn it off?
Microsoft said that it's part of Dell configuration.
