I ordered and paid for Corel Photo Paint, downloaded the software and should have been good to go. The file was corrupt. I re-downloaded on a different machine, still will not install. I then called Dell only to get the runaround. I got passed to at least 6 different members of the so-called support staff only to finally get disconnected. What a waste of time.
I have since filed a chargeback claim with my credit card provider. I simply do not have all day to chat with ESL non-tech support.
I'm glad I use an HP for my work.
