I have an Inspiron 3650 Desktop with Windows 10 Pro - I have been experiencing some difficulties with Cortana not working properly - It seemed to centre around being set up with English United Kingdom. Most Cortana features now seem to be working, but I have a residual problem that File History does not work.
When activated it starts to work and says the it is starting to save my files but two or three minutes later it reverts back after creating a config file but doesn't save at data. t the moment I am using Windows 7 Back up and restore which works fine, but I really would like to use File History. Can anyone help?
