I bought a XPS8910 with a 2 TB hard disk and 32 GB SSD. It was in RAID configuration. I changed the SATA mode to UEFI then removed the 32 GB SSD and put in a 500 GB Samsung one. I disconnected the hard disk SATA connector. I then successfully reinstalled Windows 10 on the Samsung SSD. When I reattached the hard disk SATA cable, the disk was not found by Windows. It is in the Bios. The Intel Rapid Storage Utility software says the drive is incompatible but I have not been able to figure out how to delete whatever is on the drive that made it part of a RAID. Amu suggestions?
