dell 7559 w10 pro BSOD driver_power_state_failure repeatedly, auto-detect wants to reinstall same driver over and over

Hi All, 

I'm about to give up on my 7559 laptop purchased earlier this year.  

Symptoms:

1. Repeated BSOD stops w driver_state_power_failures 
   1. Followed by "we're collecting information from your system and we'll restart for you" which never resolves itself (left overnight)
2. Ridiculously slow File Explorer response
3. Office, SSMS other apps go into "Not Responding" state quite often
4. Office apps slow to open/save
5. Dell auto-detect of drivers wants to download install the same driver (below) over and over again.  Tried install as admin, repeated reboots, no reboots, everything I can think of.

Can someone please help?
