I bulid OME &OMSA，But I can't receive alert mail

I bulid ome&omsa monitor dell edge 2950

but almost only shutdown 2950,the ome send alert mail

if i offline harddiskon 2950,the ome don't send alert mail

And I shutdown 2950,some it send alert mail,sometime not

How I let ome send alert mail, if the hard disk offline or other hardware crash on 2950

I sure ome can connect the 2950,because I can receive host shutdown alert mail
