Install Windows 10 on Inspiron 3650

I just received my Inspiron 3650 which boots up in Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. The included OS DVD is labeled Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and says "Already installed on your computer". On the back of the DVD envelope it says to make sure BIOS is set to UEFI and shows a link the a Dell support article (which is about downgrading from Win 10 to Win 7).

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on the computer using the DVD but have had no luck so fer.

I set BIOS to UEFI and enable Secure Boot. On restart, I press F12 for selective boot and select the UEFI CDROM drive. When "Press any key to boot from CD/DVD..." appears, I do. The computer responds with:

>>Checking Media Presence.....
>>Media Present.....
>>Start PXE over IRv6.

It sits there for about a minute and then Dell Support Assistant starts and tells me there are "No bootable devices."

I can't find information in Dell Support or the forums on how to upgrade my computer to Win Pro 10 using the supplied Win 10 Pro OS DVD. I have the latest BIOS version and the drivers are all current.

How do I install Windows 10 Pro?
