I have a XPS 8900, running Windows 10. My only means of internet access is a USB modem(AT&T Beam/AC340u). AT&T has an app called All-Access, through which the modem connects to the internet. My problem is that the All-Access app doesn't see the modem, even though it is plugged in. On an older computer, running Vista, the app and modem work perfectly. I've been on the phone talking with AT&T, from which the modem and All-Acces came, for the last three days, to no avail. They insist it's a Dell problem or there's a compatibility issue with Windows 10. Netgear, which makes the modem, says there is no issue regarding the modem and Windows 10. If someone could offer some advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Roy
