Syytem Image Disc and what they do?

 I just purchased OptiPlex 7040 SFF. 

Now that I have made a system image disc of my Dell T4500 that running sing windows 10 pro will I be able to use this image disc to put that same system configuration on my new machine without spending weeks trying to set up my e-mails, address book, etc, etc,etc
