hello, I am pretty sure that I had created a username and password around the same time that I purchased this computer. Having issues with the computer lately, when to community support attempted to sign in and was told invalid..went to request support and was prompted to contact community support..how can I contact community support if I cannot sign in or do not remember my user name? I finally just created another user name. Now I have to find out assistance with this computer. Had problems lately and could not even use DELL ASSIST software, at the time could not even request extended warranty for support. Finally had to contact McAfee and paid for their "gold service", of course the service was outsourced to another country...person who sold me the service was very detailed and explained the service. Person who preformed the service took control of my computer for about 1.5 hours, did not explain much, computer ran ok a bit after, next day had same issues..still unable to run Dell assist...then MS 10 downloaded automatically while I was away from my computer, but left it turned on..I couldn't turn my computer off at all in order to stop that download. I am really frustrated with these issues and don' t know what to do..I hated MS 8. At work I use XP a version that I have been use to and like. Why all the change all the time. Just my vent.
Any suggestions from any one?
