SSD corrupted, bootrec commands did not fix.

So a friend was for e upgraded to 10 from win 7. Now when she tries to turn PC on it said OS not found. Tried chkdsk/r and. Bootrec commands but now when we try to turn on pc from this drive its just a white blunking cursor. No message

What is weird is we got to Win 7 using a recovery partition on another drive and looked at the ssd in disk management . Its a raw system but when I typed dir in recovery console command prompt i could see the files there. What can I do? Thank you.
