I have run into this type of error when I had to replace win7 before. I have been running win7 pro until it started spending all it't time with circles showing it was busy all the time.
`
I found a dell recovery disk & it made me clear C: before I could install it. After I cleared the partition, I took it to another desktop & formatted the cleared partition, Then copied copied the boot files BoodMgr & DiskPart objects from both windows & System32 folders. When I start my computer back up t says boot mgr not found. I have solved this in the past, and am knowledgeable of computers,.
Can anyone please help putting this back.
Thank you in advance for any help
