Trouble upgrading to win 10

I have an Optiplex  9010 with 1tb hd that  has been running win. & 1.5 mps dsl line from fairpoint. Recently windows has been giving me a matter of minutes to do what I want. I have decided to put up win10 pro. I have tried to run the update, and it times out in a matter of minutes. when I put up win 7 I found an image copy of the program to download.  Is there an image I can download, and copy too DVD or flash drive to install from?

Previously someone posted on here about win7, and I was able to do what I needed. Thank you for any help you can offer.
