I own an adobe CS6 suite and have InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop intalled on my computer. I have been using them successfully since September. Within the last two weeks Photoshop no longer opens. I click on it, the computer thinks for a moment, and then nothing happens. I can see that it's trying to launch, but never does. InDesign and Illustrator are fine.
I took it in to Geek Squad last week, they were able to get Photoshop to open twice by disabling my AMD Radeon graphics card and enabling it again or vice versa, but it's not consistent. If I close photoshop I can't get it to open again. Now if I try to disable and enable the Radeon card it doesnt work. I've tried restarting the computer it doesn't work. The computer also has Intel HD 5500 as the primary card.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there a way to assign/ reassign the intel graphics card to photoshop? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the adobe program?
